Employers can see:

• Your team name and tagline
• Your badges (Trusted, Verified %)
• Your skills, projects, stories, and chemistry indicators

They cannot see:

• First or last names
• Personal contact information
• Individual résumés or identifying details

Your team becomes discoverable based on its capabilities — not your identities. When an employer requests an interview, TeamUp securely unlocks individual details onlyfor that connection.

Your talent speaks first. Your name comes later — when it counts.

2. Your Data & Security

We take your trust seriously. All personal information is encrypted, secured, and stored using industry-standard protections.

• You control what’s visible and when
