Tony Vance co-founded TeamUp DreamUp after recognizing a gap in how companies source, evaluate, and empower teams. A graduate of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Tony has spent his career exploring the collision between human relationships and business performance.

Prior to launching TeamUp, Tony led organizational strategy projects for global consulting firms and served as a leadership advisor for early-stage startups. His approach combines behavioral science, technology, and a strong belief that trust is the ultimate competitive advantage.
