Tom McFadyen, Co-Founder of TeamUp DreamUp, brings decades of leadership experience from the U.S. Army, where he served as a Colonel and led the elite “Team of Teams” Special Forces unit.

After earning his MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, Tom turned his focus to transforming how organizations think about collaboration and performance. His leadership philosophy emphasizes adaptability, shared purpose, and the power of collective trust.
